INHABIT
The radical practice of coming home to yourself.

What if you stopped treating yourself like a project?
We learn to leave ourselves in surprisingly ordinary ways.
We say yes while something in us is pulling away.
We keep going long after we're tired.
We explain a feeling before we've had the chance to feel it.
We swallow an instinct because it doesn't make sense yet.
We become so practiced at being useful, capable, agreeable, productive — even healed — that sometimes we forget to ask:
What is it actually like to be me, here, now?
There is always another version of ourselves waiting to be pursued. Calmer. Braver. More disciplined. More regulated. Better at resting. Better at boundaries. Better at being better.
Even healing can become another performance.
INHABIT is a refusal of that endless becoming.
For four weeks, we're not going to make you into someone new.
We're going to get curious about the person already here.
The body that tightens before the mind knows why. The breath that changes. The impulse to move closer or step away. The parts that want expression and the parts that need rest. The yes. The no. The I don't know yet.
Not as problems to solve.
As a life to inhabit.
Come home to the whole of you.
INHABIT is a four-week embodied exploration of what happens when we stop performing our relationship with ourselves and begin experiencing it.
We'll move. Breathe. Rest. Shake. Notice. Get curious. Talk. Sometimes laugh. Sometimes have absolutely no idea what we're feeling and stay there long enough to discover that not knowing is an experience too.
You'll explore the language of your own body, the ways you respond when things become uncomfortable, what support actually feels like for you, where your boundaries live, what brings you closer to yourself — and what quietly pulls you away.
There is education here. There are practices. There is guidance.
But there is no correct way to inhabit yourself.
Your experience is not something we are trying to overwrite. It is the material we begin with.

Week 1
meeting yourself where you are
Before we change anything, we notice. We'll begin by slowing down enough to encounter ourselves as we actually are — not how we think we should be. Through gentle movement, breath, rest and guided exploration, we'll begin noticing sensation, thought, emotion and response without rushing to interpret or fix them.

Week 2
Learning your language
Your experience shows up in all kinds of ways — through sensation, impulse, energy, tension, ease, movement and breath.
We'll experiment with movement, breath and sensory practices to become more familiar with your own language — and practise trusting what you notice.

Week 3
Staying with yourself
We all have ways of leaving ourselves.
We push through. Go quiet. Overthink. Hold back. Disconnect. Perform. Keep everybody else comfortable.
Rather than trying to eliminate those responses, we'll meet them with curiosity and explore what it might feel like to stay alongside ourselves with a little more choice and support.

Week 4
building your practice
There is no perfect morning routine waiting for you here.
We'll gather what you've discovered and create something much more useful: a practice that actually belongs to you.
You'll explore what helps you feel present, what supports you when things become difficult, what brings you back into relationship with yourself, and how those practices can live inside your actual life.

Week 5 Bonus Session
and then we stop talking about it
Your four-week programme also includes an optional fifth gathering: a bonus embodied practice session where we'll move, breathe, explore and rest together — with less explanation and more experience.
