Service Description

What if you stopped treating yourself like a project to improve? INHABIT is a four-week small-group experience for anyone who wants to feel more connected to themselves — to notice what they feel, understand what they need, trust their own responses and develop practices that genuinely belong to them. So much of life happens on autopilot. We push through tiredness. Overthink our instincts. Say yes when something in us is pulling away. Explain our feelings before we've had time to experience them. Even rest, healing and wellbeing can become something else we're trying to get right. INHABIT offers another way. Across four 75-minute sessions, we'll use embodied movement, breath, rest, reflection and shared exploration to become curious about the person already here. We'll explore what it feels like to meet yourself without immediately trying to change anything; how your body communicates through sensation, energy, impulse and movement; what happens when things become uncomfortable; and how you can build a relationship with yourself that has room for choice, curiosity and trust. There is no correct way to do this. You don't need experience with somatics, movement or meditation. You don't need to be flexible, confident or particularly good at knowing how you feel. Everything is invitational and can be adapted to you. Your place includes: • Four 75-minute small-group sessions • Your own INHABIT workbook • Simple practices to explore between sessions • Personal guidance and adaptations • An optional bonus embodied practice session The group is intentionally limited to 8 people, giving us space for individual attention, conversation and genuine connection.
