Medical
All offerings are designed to support wellbeing and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are pregnant.
Touch statement
All guidance in sessions is verbal and visual. I do not use hands-on adjustments or physical touch.
Instead, I guide you to touch and move yourself—placing your own hands on your chest to feel your breath, guiding your own neck stretch, noticing where you hold tension. This self-touch is an important part of somatic work, helping you develop awareness and agency in your own body.
You are always in control of your own movement and touch. You can modify, skip, or rest at any point.
Scope of practice
I am a somatic movement facilitator and nervous system regulation practitioner, not a counsellor, or medical professional.
I work with:
-
Nervous system regulation through movement, breath, and guided rest
-
Somatic practices for stress, tension, and dysregulation
-
Trauma-informed movement and breathwork
I do not:
-
Diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions
-
Provide psychotherapy or counseling
-
Offer medical advice
-
Replace treatment from qualified healthcare providers
