This is for bodies that won't settle.

For people who are burnt out, chronically stressed, or stuck in survival mode. 
Your nervous system won't let you rest—no matter how many baths you take, how much 
you meditate, or how hard you try to "just relax." You're exhausted but wired. 
Your body feels tight, braced, ready for threat.

You've tried everything. Therapy helped your mind, but your body is still stuck.

you're safe.

What we do

Nervous system regulation through 
somatic movement, breathwork, and 
guided rest. We work with your body, 
not against it. Gentle, grounded, 
accessible. Everything is invitational and created from somatic therapy.

What Changes

Your body starts to settle. Sleep 
comes easier. The constant tension 
in your shoulders, jaw, chest—it 
softens. You're not fixed or healed, 
but you're less stuck. Rest becomes 
possible again.

Weekly Class

Settle the storm

90 minutes of somatic movement, breathwork, and guided deep rest.
 

We move gently. We breathe together. We rest properly—not just "try to relax," but actually let your nervous system settle. We close with cacao and quiet. Some people come every week. Some drop in when they need it. Everyone's welcome.
 

Thursday evenings, 6:30-8pm | Our Lady Immaculate Parish Centre, 14 Exeter Road, Newmarket, CB8 8LT

1:1 Sessions

Personalized nervous system work for what your body is holding.

Chronic tension, insomnia, anxiety, panic, trauma responses, or just a body that won't settle—we work with what you're carrying.
Each session is tailored to you. Somatic release, breathwork, guided regulation.
 

Primarily online (work from your own space), or in-person if you're local.

1 hour: £45 | 30 minutes: £30
