This isn't a generic relaxation recording. It's a somatic nervous system regulation tool - designed for bodies that are stuck in tension, carrying stress, or can't remember how to let go.
Use this when:
Your body won't let you rest even when you're exhausted
You're carrying tension in your shoulders, jaw, chest, or belly
You need to regulate your nervous system but don't know where to start
You want to practice deep rest without falling asleep
What happens: You'll move through your body systematically - feet to head - releasing tension, softening what's been hard, and teaching your nervous system that it's safe to let go.
This is trauma-informed, somatic work. Everything is invitational. Your body leads.
