Not exercise. Not performance. Not holding it together one more time.

Something older than that. Something that knows the difference between being alive and just getting through.

Release is a somatic movement workshop that works with your body's own intelligence — through breath, through sensation, through movement that doesn't ask you to look good or do it right.

We begin with a moment to arrive. Then we move — slowly at first, then more fully — through sequences that open what's been held closed and wake up what's gone quiet. There's no choreography. No steps to learn. Just guidance, music, and your body remembering what it already knows.
