🌞 Play & Exhale – Family Taster Session Helping children build a lifelong relationship with themselves.

Join us for a gentle introduction to Play & Exhale – a playful wellbeing session for children aged 3–10 and their grown-ups.

Through movement, imaginative play and shared experiences, we'll explore what it means to notice ourselves, connect with one another and discover the world with curiosity.

Built on the understanding that no two nervous systems are the same, Play & Exhale isn't about sitting still or getting children to feel a certain way. Instead, we create a welcoming space where children can move, explore and simply be themselves, supported by the adults who know them best.

Together we'll move, laugh, play, rest and reconnect through nature-inspired activities designed to nurture confidence, curiosity and connection.

Whether your child is energetic, thoughtful, adventurous, cautious, neurodivergent or simply happiest doing things their own way, they are warmly welcome.
